Simulators

More simulators will gradually appear in this section. So far there are simulators for complex alternating current in the ETR degree programme. This section is being expanded continuously.

The circuit simulator (user interface in German) lets you simulate electrical circuits for the lectures Electrical Engineering, Measurement Technology and Power Electronics. It can simulate DC and AC sources (voltage and current sources) as well as networks of resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, switches, half bridges and operational amplifiers. It displays the time response, Bode diagram and phasor diagram. Voltages, currents, powers and impedances are visualised at the components.
