Die Berechnung der Blindleistungskompensation ist im vorherigen Kapitel mit dem Blindstrom gezeigt worden. Wir können die notwendige Kapazität auch aus den Leistungen berechnen. Oft wird an Verbrauchern Wirk- und Blindleistung angegeben. Oder es werden Wirkleistung und cos(φ) angegeben.
